I have used the physical cards of this method with great result, this app is better because: 1. If you miss several days, you might forget where you was when you come back. This app will tell you where your current steps are. 2. You sometimes lose physical cards or forget to bring them with you. With the app, you have them everywhere you go. TIPs: 1. No more than 3 habits at a time: this is all about trading off, too much will take you all of your time and energy. 2. Use measurable targets (15 mins, 10k steps...). 3. Use a trigger to remind you of the habit.
